Called late October for an appointment. Was told new patients weren't being seen until January. So I tried making an appointment for January and was told they hadn't planned out that far, unironically. I was told I'd receive a call in December from them to set up a time in January. Needless to say, it's now February and I never received a call. I called Capital Region Bone and Joint Center who fit me in the next day. My injury could have healed wrong waiting for these clowns the get their act together. Thankfully I didn't wait for them. Save time, pain, frustration, and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I really like Dr Bullock. He’s very nice, explains EVERYTHING in a way you can understand. He has done 2 surgeries on my thumb, and I’m very happy with results. Not many do hands and fingers!

It is absolutely unacceptable to make your patients wait hours for a simple cortisone shot. My mother is elderly and what should have been a half hr appointment turned into a two hour fiasco. Please re-evaluate how you schedule and treat your patients. Allowing this to continue is completely disrespectful to your patient’s time and overall well being. Not to mention it’s incredibly arrogant.

Posting for my mother who says: "Dr. Bullock is an excellent surgeon / physician. He performed an ACL reconstruction on me at age 45 (I had same surgery at age 17). It was a very difficult case that required two surgeries and he stuck with it. It has been two years now and my knee is probably more stable than ever. I can run, ski, everything that I used to be able to do and I owe it to him and his team. His medical knowledge is also excellent. I would recommend him to any athlete or other if you have a complicated joint injury."

Bullock was my follow up doctor after Achilles tendon surgery. He seemed very indifferent about my recovery and more interested in talking about himself than addressing my concerns. Would not recommend.

Dr. Bullock was, of course, very professional, attentive, patient and knowledgeable...but more than that, he literally performed a miracle with my terribly busted up and broken right wrist. On the first attempt to do what seemed an impossible feat, he succeeded! Everyone in the room was amazed, shocked & ecstatic! Especially me. It was tantamount to Tiger Woods making a hole in one on the most difficult hole on the course!
If there had been an orthopedic event in the Olympics, Dr. Bullock would have been standing on the Winner’s platform with a Gold Metal around his neck!!!
On top of all that
