Mendocino Floral Design

Growing up and then raising my own family in Mendocino, I have always been surrounded and inspired by a community of creatives. Planting gardens and working on community events is a way of life here. It was a natural fit for me to develop a path as a wedding + special events florist.

With many years experience in this local business, and my four children out of the nest, I am now embracing a renewed excitement and energy for inspired floral design and flower farming.I am committed to using sustainable & local products whenever possible. Our 40 acre property is a prime location for gardening, and each season we develop more and more glorious flower beds to source from, as well as from other local farmers.

Spring is full of sweet surprises and refreshed excitement as the sun begins to warm the earth and we stretch out of our winter nests. Early spring arrives gently with pale colors and delicate blossoms. Soft blooms on fruit trees bring the promise of abundance. Graceful tulips sway on statuesque stems, daffodils smile up at us and roses sweeten the air showing off their first blooms.

Just minutes from downtown Mendocino, out of the fog and surrounded by majestic redwoods and open sunny meadows our private location is the perfect place to hold weddings, events, reunions, and adventure stays. A lovingly restored farmhouse serves as a central base, while the surrounding acreage offers numerous options to gather for festivities + celebrations.
