Musselman Abstract was founded by Milton W. Musselman in 1906, a year prior to Oklahoma achieving statehood. After four generations of Musselman family ownership, Drew and Jordan Ihrig purchased the company from the late Sherry Musselman Cox. With more than 100 years of continuity and experience, we are your number one source for quality abstracts, title insurance and information, and efficient closing solutions.
Drew manages the day to day business of Musselman Abstract Company and enjoys working closely to ensure all customer needs are met with timeliness, accuracy and satisfaction. As a practicing attorney since 2006, Drew brings his valuable legal perspective in-house.
Drew is currently active on the Samaritan Counseling Board of Directors, Woolaroc's Cow Thieves & Outlaws committee, Oklahoma Land Title Association, Oklahoma Bar Association and Washington County Bar Association.When not at the office, Drew enjoys traveling, fishing, exercising and spending time with his family.

They got the job done, however, it was sloppy and extremely slow. We closed on the property and it took days before it was sent to the courthouse. The filing missed the deadline for the county tax filings and I got stuck with the tax bill. Money was removed and credited to the buyer who should have received the tax bill. If it went to the County Clerk on time, I would not have received the tax bill. When I called and asked for some kind of help, it was treated like, oh well, your tuff luck. I won't use them again.

She stayed over late late just to help save me some money

As a seller keep an eye on title examinations. The owner, who is a lawyer?, handed me a bill for this fee, knowing the fee belongs to the buyer. They threatened to attach a lien if we didn’t pay. We were forced to remove our home from market for two weeks until it was resolved.
The other employees are professional and easy to work with but double check everything and get an outside opinion if something doesn’t look right.
Also if your buyer backs out don’t let Musselman release their earnest until they pay for the services they had ordered. This includes the survey or pre abstract if the
