The study is a safe, painless and simple evaluation of how your body functions during sleep. It is performed by a registered sleep technician. The data, recorded while you are sleeping, is later reviewed by a board certified sleep physician.

Ramon Cantu, D.O. graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1997. He is American Osteo Board of Family Practice certified. Dr. Cantu currently serves as Medical Director for Rice Medical Associates-Eagle Lake, practices Family Medicine at our Eagle Lake Clinic and has been with us since 1999.
Rice District Community Hospital Employee Trust Fund - started in 1993 when an employee sent out a letter to all of her fellow employees asking for their help. The hospital was in financial trouble and this employee asked for each employee to donate $5.00 out of every pay check to go to a fund that would be used for updating the facility with new equipment and furnishings that the hospital itself could not afford.
