Right off the bat, he was knowledgeable, cared about my situation and didn’t try to charge me an arm and a leg for a 5-minute conversation about what I was looking for. Chad Silver and his team provided excellent service and the right advice for my business in regards to 2021 tax filings coming up. When I got a notice that I owed the IRS $430,000 in capital gains, I knew it had to be wrong. I paid Silver tax group $8500 for their service 5 years ago. I have got nothing but the run around every since they got paid. Fist off they filed my claim wrong and expected me to pony up the money for their mistake. The IRS says we owe them $15,000 and Silver Tax assured me they could get this significantly lower. Over the last few years I kept hearing the IRS is backed up it will take time. Well my neighbor hired a tax attorney and had his issue resolved in a year. Now they wont even return my emails or calls this last year. I would give them negative stars if I could. Next step is I am going
