Joke of a company
sites are terrible, especially town Halls & depot's, the full time guards on these sites can get away with talking to you however they want, they've got no communication skills & can just about speak english, if you pipe up back, which I did as no one speaks to me the way these muppets did, they make up lies and united guarding takes there side regardless of what happened and this results in you being banned from the sites. during the pandemic they gave me no shifts and didn't put me on any government furlough, when I questioned them about this, they ignored my email and scraped

Disgusting company
Unresponsive during lockdowns, they would rather there staff struggle than use government furlough schemes to help there employees through hard times, If you can't do a shift for whatever reason they become petty and give all your shifts to someone else, the office love to call you after a night shift whilst your trying to sleep, even though they send out regular newsletters regarding mental health like they actually care, this company is mentally draining, unless desperate I'd stay away.

We have been using United Guards services to provide nightly patrol services at our shopping center for several years.
