My experience with All Action Alarm was awesome! Our tech Keith was fantastic and so knowledgeable. He was very kind and considerate and took his time explaining everything to us and showing us what we had to do and what we needed to do and answered all of our questions... and believe me I had a lot of questions! Lol. He was so sweet! Definitely highly recommend this alarm company! They are FANTASTIC!!

Rob, the repairman, did a terrific job figuring out our wiring/alarm issues. Like an investigator! Friendly, polite personality too! His explanation of his trouble shooting was very helpful and very appreciated.

Fantastic experience with Eric, Craig and the staff at All Action Alarm ("AAA"). After having used a major alarm company at my prior home which I found to be extremely impersonal like I was just another number in a sea of other clients, I found AAA to be very personable, attentive and responsive to my security needs whenever I called. I've purchased and installed a total of 11 indoor and outdoor IP cameras as well as alarm.com compatible home security system with All Action Alarm. This is one of those long surviving family businesses because they do the right thing to its customers. They really do stand behind their products/services as they claim on their website. After I contacted Craig due to a minor issue that I encountered with my IP cameras, the tech was at my house in Queens within two days and immediately fixed the issue.
