When I was involved in an accident I was given 3 places to get my SUV FIXED, but I choosed Carter’s Collision in Hodges and when they say they are going to do the best work believe me they do.Everyone there is kind,honest and they take care of everything.So if you’re going to have your car fixed go there you will be glad you did . I would give Carters 10 stars!!!!!!!

Best service I’ve had in a long time. Definitely recommend anybody needing body work done to come here. Scott was professional and went out of his way to help me. Almost thought it was too good to be true being treated so well, doing business with Carter Collision reminded me that there are still good hearted people out there.

The Quality of workmanship is un matched. The professionalism and genuine personal attention is just wonderful. Scott and his crew have taken service to a new level. We had an issue with my wife’s car, they handled everything for us, coordinated a tow, text us all throughout the weekend w updates, even on Saturday night. I have never had a team care so much about doing what was right and making me feel comfortable that my car was in the right hands. In a word you can TRUST Carter Collision will take care if you so you will not worry about anything. That peace of mind for me, because I travel

This was the best experience ever with a body shop. I called on a recommendation and immediately felt like this was a down-to-earth guy that cared and throughout the process that feeling was maintained. He kept us up to date on the status and was attentive to any questions we had. My car was ready in record time and it looks amazingly good with no trace of evidence from damage caused by a deer. I hope I never need this type of services again, but if I do there’s no hesitation that this will be my choice. I highly recommend this business!
