This company installed some TV's in the sanctuary of our church a couple of years ago and did a good job. Due to our past positive experience we were willing to pay in advance for this job. We paid them in full, now they will not install, will not return our money and will not communicate with us. We are considering taking legal action to get our money back as we don't seem to have any other option. This is such a shame.

Matt did a fantastic job installing my surround sound system and programming my "Harmony" remote. All work was executed in a very professional and timely manner. Matt thoroughly explained and ran through all the component functions. Area was cleaned up after work was completed. Extremely pleased with the end result. I found PAV Installations on Google. To be honest, I had never heard of them before and didn’t really have much expectations. They were the earliest I could find and I really wanted to get my new 75” TV installed asap. Before they came, I was very impressed with their communication. PAV is amazing. Brian is honest, helpful, and the rates are beyond fair. Brian was able to solve 2 years worth of troubles in our home (that another AV company was going to charge us thousands of dollars to fix) in less than an hour. Matt is skilled at his craft. I asked him to perform a tricky underground coaxial cable installation through a brick wall and into an basement with minimal space between wall paneling and exterior brick. He made it work like a charm. He was in and out promptly while still providing admirable service and answering all my questions. He even cleaned up some existing cables that were no longer in use so they would take up less space. Communication before and during the installation was superb.
