A. Generally we buy homes built after 1960 between $50,000 - $400,000. They must be homes that are not bank owned or in foreclosure and not in or near flood zones. The homes we buy must be in our service areas (Maricopa County & most of Pinal County) and not have any un-permitted additions or significant foundation issues.

I found Mike randomly through googling when I wanted to invest in some properties in AZ. I had worked with other agents prior, however Mike really stood out. He did his research, brought me deals that he thought I would like and then was extremely efficient in facilitating the rest of the process--negotiating, buying, inspections, etc. He was also great after, always checking in with me to see if I needed anything else. To say Mike D'Elena was amazing and a miracle worker is an understatement.
My mother-in-law in Mesa, AZ needed emergency surgery and it was decided that she would have it here in California and move in with us. We brought her out and needed to sell her condo on short notice. I was there packing up a U-Haul on a Friday and Mike came out to meet me and take a look at her place. He was very personable and friendly and went over comps and ideas with me. I couldn't believe it when he said we could have it prepped and ready on the market by Tuesday! And he did!

Mike is a phenomenal Real Estate Agent! His expertise with preparing our house to be listed was extremely impressive as it allowed us to obtain top dollar with our listing. His ability to move very quickly with lining up repairs allowed us to list our house almost immediately.

The word "great" does not quite describe Mike and his crew. The word "impressive" is more fitting. Long story short, we wanted to sell a property, we interviewed a few realtors, and then comes Mike.
