Jeff Kleine of Allied Appraisals did a thoroughly comprehensive and professional appraisal on a multi-family home in Framingham. His appraisal and follow up input prevented me from selling my property for nearly $80,000 less than it was worth. I took his price over that of the realtors....and Jeff was right on.!!!

Had no idea what to do my wife and I where having our legal papers done and the lawyer asked about our assets one of them being our house and did we have a current appraisal well of course we did not have one. Income Allied Appraisal Jeff was great he did his thing and took pictures & notes about three days later we had a current appraisal with pictures and comparisons. I've used Allied Appraisal on a few occasions to prepare residential appraisals for difficult Appellate Tax Board cases that required a solid opinion of value. I recently received the cost to rebuild report I requested from Allied Appraisals. I now understand why they have you pay the fee in advance. If I had the chance to see their report I would have refused to pay their fee. The report was inaccurate at best - they could not get simple things such as the number of toilets or decks correct. I should have known the report would be useless when they had listed $90,000 for two trash compactors and $400 for a shower.
I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
