My wife and I are looking to relocate after retirement and Johnson City, TN was one of the areas we wanted to take a serious look at. The family and I are leaving California for apparent reasons and heading to the great state of Tennessee. Our realtor Scott Smith was exceptional. He is a great communicator, punctual, an expert in the area, an experienced contractor, personable, and went above and beyond a realtor's call.
