All furniture is inspected before delivery and guaranteed to arrive in great condition. All furniture is unpackaged before it leaves our warehouse and set up and assembled in your home with no boxes or packing for you to discard.

Fair warning this place is a joke. Sales people lie, anything that comes out of there mouth is a lie. If you want to deal with them not delivering your furniture on time, not returning your phone call, and them making you pay even when you have not received your furniture then go ahead and make a purchase with them. This is ridiculous. Will be taking my business else where next time we need furniture.

2018 we bought a leather recliner couch and two recliner chairs. After one year the manual latch broke on the c ouch. Next the back of the other part broke, then the same latch broke again. We have never had any brand be soo much trouble, even cheap stuff. I thought Lazy Boy would hold up longer . And we had to pay for two of those repairs. And the couch is soo uncomfortable the seats are too far back and the bottoms , seats have twisted sits sideways. I just want to throw it out. Oh and the two side chairs are the most awkward things to let back because they are motion chairs and when you go to

Buyer Beware is all I can say!!!!! They have a limited stock so anything you order they put down as a special order. If it is a special order (anything you buy is special order if its not in stock) then you cannot cancel, cannot get a refund (even if there is a factory defect) you only get store credit and you only have three days to do it!! I ordered a Lazy-Boy love seat in January and they said it would arrive in August. With COVID everything is taking longer so we agreed to go ahead and purchase. We had heard so many great things about this store so we decided to order a custom sectional from them in May 2020. The sales team were nice and everything went smoothly. They stated that it would take 30 days to get our sectional. Our sectional wasn't even delivered until August. I was patient because I understand COVID has turned everything upside. Our sectional arrived with a right arm and a right chaise. The sales team had wrote down and ordered the wrong part. So we have a sectional with no left arm. They are awesome to work with. Ordered a recliner for my husband and after we received it it broke. They sent a man to fix it and he did very well. But it broke again and they offered my money back or another type of chair. So we ordered what he his old chair was and maybe it will be fine.

I ordered a recliner from Karen who explained they did not have the color fabric I wanted in stock. Since the factory would be closed for Christmas, my chair would take a little longer to arrive. Karen (no relation) has been very helpful in letting me know the status of my chair. They have so many choices, and new features on their recliners now. Great service and knowledgeable customer service and support.

Sales Associate Berry is absolutely amazing! This store has so much to offer for all household needs, and will get you approved easily for in-store credit. David the General Manager is very knowledgeable about the workings of building credit or repairing not so good credit an can offer advice on why Farmers is the right choice for you to buy and build credit at the same time.
