He used the most advanced tools, explained every step in his process and was completely transparent.
At the end of the day, I felt that he was truthful and came to solve my problem, with no “messing around”.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Responsive, honest, and professional. Prices are very reasonable. Came home from work one day last week to a dead AC (it was working in the morning). I called The True-Pros, spoke to Daniella, and she called back within minutes to let me know that Jon, the repair guy is already on his way to us. Jon diagnosed the issue right away - a backed up line, he cleaned it and even gave us some tips on how to keep it clean. He didn't try to sell us anything or make the issue bigger than it really was. I would highly recommend and definitely use again.

Great company. My technician was John and I really can't say enough about how great the experience was for us. First of all ever other plumber wanted to break the floor of my kitchen to repair the leak. John was the only plumber who told me that the leak was not in the slab but in fact was accessible through the drywall. Needless to say the leak was found and fixed the same day saving me thousands of dollars and days of unnecessary construction. These guys are the real deal!!!

Jon was prompt, professional, courteous, and clean. He installed an instant hot water faucet and reverse osmosis system. He was flexible when another contractor was running late. Definitely plan on using them again.
