At the center of the practice is the clinic's founder and visionary, Lindsay Pimentel. After graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Pretoria in South Africa, she continued her training as a CHT (Certified Hand Therapist - 2001) and later as a CWCE (Certified Work Capacity Evaluator - 2004) and a CEAS II (Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist - 2007).

This place is great. The staff are very nice. They treated my mother like their own. They're knowledgeable and worked well with Mom's situation while getting her back to good health. She went there twice, 2 years apart, and both times were just what she needed. I definitely recommend them to anyone. One thing, parking is horrible. Only 1 handicap space for the whole building that houses 3 businesses.

Grateful to Lindsay Pimentel for intervening when a minor problem arose, at reception, the result, it seems, of limited knowledge/information. Ultimate adjustment of my 2-week old, finger-cast went well. My finger looks like a finger versus a sausage, and feels normal almost. I planned a 5-star review this visit, and while reviews on the Internet should not influence business tenets, or public opinion, recommendations addressing patient incidents (like I went through today!), can be helpful.
