As many of you have experienced at FHCM, our certified Physician Assistants (PA-C): Sylvia M. Bustamante, MPAS, PA-C, Roel Contreras, PA-C, plus our Family Nurse Practitioners: Erica M. Robles, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, Ashley Rutledge, FNP-BC & Jennifer Lopez, FNP-C work as a team with our Physicians.
Our Physician Assistants (PA-C) and Family Nurse Practitioners are always under the supervision of a physician, whether by physical presence or by telephone contact.When necessary, they consult one of our FHCM physician about your case while you are in the clinic or by case review after your visit, depending on the complexity of your medical problems.

Dr. Matthew Johnson, Dr. Daniel Contreras, Dr. Mandie Navarro and Dr. Linda Ruiz are Board Certified in Family Medicine. They diagnose & treat a wide range of problems alleviating your need to visit different specialists for routine medical needs. What's an ACO? Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) are groups of doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers, who come together voluntarily to give coordinated high quality care to their Medicare patients. The goal of coordinated care is to ensure that patients, especially the chronically ill, get the right care at the right time, while avoiding unnecessary duplication of services and preventing medical errors.

I have been a patient here for 19 years and never used to have a problem until about 3 years ago. I was changed from Dr. Johnson to Dr. Sylvia Bustamante. Almost every month I have to call and get my prescription refilled and although I leave messages regarding my situation they never get answered. Most times when I call, I am rudely answered and given many sarcastic remarks. I am about fed up with it.This has been my family health doctor since I was born and never had any problems until now. I would love to stay at this practice, but I would also like things to change about this.

My children and I have come here for years. The front staff have been very attentive and helpful. I really appreciate all they have done for me. The nurses and doctors are professional and kind. My favorite part is time management-you are usually in and out of there within an hour all without feeling rushed.

So although I love the staff here, today my husband and I are not having a great experience. When I first started coming here 3 years ago, you would not wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. Today it was about an hour...seen by a medical student and currently still waiting for the Dr. I can hear her on televisits the whole time we're waiting in a room. I don't think they should schedule multiple visits at the same time. Been here almost an hour and a half now....

I will never go to this clinic. The ladies in the front are rude. Certain staff members are very rude and don't know bedside manner, some i wonder how they got their medical degrees. Even after paying I get a bill in the mail saying ,I somehow owe them money. From beginning to end this clinic is a nightmare, I've been going here since I was a child and they have changed for the worse.

The CDC’s official guidelines require everyone to wear a mask in public indoor spaces, yet 1/3 of the people in this office were without one. The woman responsible for intake and checking temperatures had her mask below her nose, others wore masks on their chin, and others were simply without one—in a medical facility! Optional mask wearing is clearly the policy of the office. It’s really hard to have faith in a practice that flouts the CDC guidelines. That seems so basic.

Kind hearts and brilliant minds at this office! Dr Johnson is careful and attentive with his patients: always taking into account my life and circumstances as a whole- he takes great notes and is thoughtful about my past history as well as any other specialists I’m seeing. Erica Robles likewise is very patient and thorough with the whole family- especially my kids! She was careful to explain everything and answer every question with excellence when we asked.
