A new bill signed into legislation by New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has changed the way that professionals involved with assessment and remediation of mold conduct their business. The New York Department of Labor will be overseeing this law and handing down penalties to contractors in violation. Along with the new regulations, there are also specific practices required by mold assessors as well as remediation specialists individually.

John is absolutely wonderful. His inspection and report were very thorough. Outlining the problems with pictures as well as very detailed recommendations and remediation plan. In fact, two mold remediation companies had commented how great he is at what he does and how they appreciate his detailed reports. He was also just a phone call away when I called him in a panic during my remediation. Great guy that cares! Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about John, I HIGHLY recommend him and will be using him again for anything related to Mold or Environmental Testing. We first contacted John via email to get a quote and see about his availability for a Mold Inspection on a home we were looking to purchase. John was timely in his response and quote back to us. John is highly professional and thorough. He is responsive to texts and phone calls equally. We had a basement flood and hired him to check for mold in our whole house. He is extremely thorough and details all his findings. I had questions after he had sent his report to us and he never failed to call me back or patiently answer my questions. I highly recommend him.
