Taso Milonas is a Florida Bar Board Certified Tax Lawyer holding a Master's Degree (LL.M.) in Taxation. He is admitted to practice before all courts in Florida and the U.S. Tax Court. With a background in litigation and transactional law, his practice covers a wide range of matters. A significant portion of Mr. Milonas' practice involves will and trust contests, representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in complex litigation throughout Florida.
He has extensive experience in estate planning and estate administration in uncontested matters as well. As a Board Certified Tax Lawyer, Mr. Milonas is recognized as an expert in the field of tax law. He handles a variety of tax matters before the IRS and state taxing authorities, from routine audits through litigating refund claims.

Individuals Committee and is a past Vice Chair of the Gratuitous Transfers (Estate and Gift Tax) Committee. Taso is active in the local community, currently serving on the Johns Hopkins All Children's Foundation Planned Giving Committee and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (North Florida, Central Florida and Southwest Florida Chapters) as a Board Member, Executive Board Member, and Co-Chair of the Planned Giving Committee.
