Amazing place...your best experience is the scalar energy room. Just spend the money and just sit there and absorb the energy. Then, return for more scalar energy. Google and utube scalar energy for an intellectual foundation. BEST INVESTMENT IN YOURSELF.

Friendly, helpful staff willing to answer all questions. Sauna is clean, quiet and has WiFi so you can listen to music. Towels and a cool washcloth are provided along with a cup of electrolyte water. Easy parking and access. I prefer the infrared salt sauna versus the traditional infrared experience. The heat feels softer and less drying. I purchased the unlimited sauna package for $99/month, one of the best infrared sauna deals in the area.

I went for my first infrared sauna session today and absolutely loved the feel of the place. They offer so many modalities and very accommodating prices. I felt great after my treatment! Highly recommend.

I just spent 2 hours at LCIH. The whole body vibration, Infrared sauna, and the Wave Scaler room. I love this place, so relaxing. It does a good job at detoxing.
I usually relax so much in the Wave Scaler room that I get a good nap!
Truly worth my monthly membership!

I go here for acupuncture (Rebecca Herpick is wonderful!), to sit in the Scalar Room, and to take some of the really neat classes they offer. I am still amazed at how effective everything is that I do there. Lexington, KY is very lucky to have a Scalar Room. I recommend this place to everyone.

The place to go to get your zen back. The wave room really is the best nap you will have. The infrared sauna is nice and you get the best steam but from an electric box. No messing around with hot rocks. The cooling tag is amazing. One should definitely get a package and try all they have to offer.
