I’m Carrie Carroll, the co-owner of North Georgia Spas in Blue Ridge, GA. We decided to become a dealer for Silk Balance a few months ago because we noticed it’s amazing benefits! To start with, we gave samples of the Silk Balance to a few of our customers. We also used the product in our personal spa at home. I have seen great results by putting Clean Start in my spa and we have heard nothing but great things from our customers! We realized some customers could not get their spas clean. SIlkBalance products are amazing! We have used different products over the years and SilkBalance is the only product that doesn't leave our water smelling like harsh chemicals. We have always changed our water frequently and would add chemicals on a regular basis. We were shocked at the difference of how clean our hot tub and water was after using the CleanStart and the SilkBalance gems. We actually use a lot less product with SilkBalance, then we did with other products that were not nearly as effective. We are so thankful we found this great product!

The new Silk Balance Gems are awesome, I am only hearing good things!! Customers love the ease of it being pre-measured. When I explain the difference to customers, I use the analogy of the regular Silk Balance being like regular liquid laundry detergent and the Silk Balance Gems as being the new and improved Tide Pods! This always interests people. I love this product!
