I called Mark on Monday and described what needed to be done. He asked me to call back on Thursday or Friday. I called back and left a message. He texted me to say that he thought I was supposed to call back on Tuesday which was a lie. He said he thought I was going to keep a contractor that I was trying to fire, which means he totally misunderstood me. I decided that if there was that much miscommunication just with a few phone calls, I didn't want him as a contractor. Sorry Mark!!!

I am delighted with the results of my kitchen and bathroom remodel and the addition of a bathroom, laundry room, and walk-in closet. Mr. Manning worked closely with me to be sure that I was satisfied. He kept me informed of timelines so that I could plan.
