Founded in the Pacific Northwest, our company brings over a combined 20 years of home medical equipment sales, service, medical insurance billing, and medical office management. Our expertise in every aspect of the medical field allows us to serve you with the highest possible customer service. We currently do not bill medical insurance for any of our products.
Sound Medical Supplies ships through a variety of carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL Freight companies. Our products are shipped to you from the closest warehouse that has stock for the purchased items. If your order has multiple items, there may be several packages for your order. All orders placed before 12 PM, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped same day (subject to stock and availability).
