Over the years, my family purchased seven Macs from the Merritts. Though they no longer sell them, there is no way I would buy another without consulting with them first. They are the ONLY ones who touch our Macs when they need repair or upgrades. The Merrits handled our latest problem on our ten year old iMac over the phone from a thousand miles away. Can't say enough good about them.

Nothing but positive experiences here. Apple's customer service can be lacking from corporate and often the Genius' don't know much in comparison with the mom and pop operations like this that have been in the business for years. I'm glad family run Apple repair shops like this still exist. I'm about to bring in my laptop for repair but have used them periodically over the years for other Mac repairs. I've never had to do much over the years but I'm glad that Merritt consulting has been able to do the work I needed and be very friendly and knowledgeable too.
