This company happens to be the chosen courier for my payroll company and also Crate and Barrel, whom I order products from for my business. The fact that I have to choose even one star is insulting. I have had more than enough disappointing experiences with them, but I’ll just outline the last two. My restaurant was closed for a week due to Covid. Optima left the envelope containing paychecks and other sensitive financial information, outside the front door, in a planter, in a snowstorm. Relived that no one had stolen them, I was enraged to later find none were valid as the melting snow seeped

Got a package delivered to my house that was meant for a completely different house number, street, and town. Optims was also supposed to deliver a package to me that was marked as delivered but never arrived. Whatever amount of money shippers think they are saving by using this bootleg company it isn't worth it.

Horrible customer service, constantly lying about package location. Their website touts the latest and greatest in tracking technology but sure enough, my order sat in some warehouse for two weeks with no movement. Received notification that it's out for delivery. It's not. Customer service rep who returned my email once won't answer any follow up emails. Garbage company to deal with.

Multiple shipments lost, then took another 3 weeks to get here. It’s on the truck, or, it’s being delivered and nothing. This isn’t a Christmas rush issue in January. Poor turn around time. Maybe they’re extremely short staffed - and that would be a reflection on the company and its management team. Stay away unless you haven’t a care in the world when your package arrives.

Would love to give zero stars if I could. They have had my package (a gift for a family member) since December 2nd - even loaded it onto a truck for delivery and just never delivered it. Now it's back in their warehouse with no movement. Three weeks later and nothing. Merry Christmas!

I have two different packages being delivered through Optima (not by my choice). My tracking info has not been updated in 5 days. They were apparently put into a carrier bin at Optima's facility 5 days ago. Their online contact form does not work (it redirects to their "Terms and Conditions" page), so I had to call them. The guy on the phone told me they have been "busy" due to the holidays and that he can't provide any information about when my packages will arrive, except that they will arrive after Christmas. I assume my packages are not alone, and that other people's packages are also in the

Utterly, laughably horrible. They have absolutely no clue where packages are—and if they do, they certainly aren’t telling anybody. Contact form on site is broken. Chat function is broken. I feel so sorry for anyone who was counting on this company to come through for the holidays.

We get medication from a pharmacy delivered to our house from this company. This delivery company keeps leaving packages in our mailbox, even though the package says right on it "PLEASE LEAVE ON FRONT PORCH." The postal employee then comes along and takes the package of medication which is in our mailbox and throws it on the ground. We have spoken to a post office supervisor and have been told that it ILLEGAL for anyone except the resident or the post office itself to place anything inside the mailbox. We have called the pharmacy and we were told that they spoke with Optima Delivery

Ordered some Polish martini glasses from Crate and Barrel. The Optima tracking website said they arrived in our towm but the package was never delivered. C&B confirmed tbis and refunded my entire order. Optima's tracking website is rubbiush....avoid companies that hire Optima if possible.

Most confusing tracking website I have ever seen. Two of my packages say they has been out for delivery for 3 days now. Takes much longer than other shipping companies and there is no way to see where your package is at or when it will arrive. You just have to wait and wait. Not happy when I see that my items have shipped from this company because then I will never know when they arrive.

My package was shipped through Optima and despite being marked “out for delivery” it never arrived. I messaged in three times before finally hearing back from James Crowe in customer service. He cited delays due to holiday demand and promised over and over that it would arrive the next day. It never arrived and he stopped communicating. I asked for contact information for management and received no response. These guys are clearly scam artists.

If you want your goods stolen they will be glad to help they forward all over the world to Russia and Ukraine . They allow customers to use false po box suites and or apartments . so that you do not identify them as a freight forwarder. While ths is going on your items will be sent and then their customer will charge back the items and you are screwed .Contact customs to report or the NH DA office

Optima is a consistent, reliable service.

There are some things that certainly irk me, but not on a daily basis.

My driver, Bruno, is awesome. He's a great guy who always has a positive demeanor, and it's nice to get a dialy dose of that.

When i have a lot of shipments that can't fit in Bruno's car, it gets dicey.
On more than one occasion theres been a driver sent 2 hours too early to pickup packages that are not ready.
According to the driver, that's my fault, but I fail to see how them showing up two hours early is my problem.

Other than that, honestly, I've
