My BMW x3 passenger back seat window was broken and they steal stuff from my car. I call the dealer monday and they scheduled me for Friday. I then call the parts department to check and the part is not in stock and need to be ordered. Only service advisor can order it. I cannot get any of them answer their phone and no one returned my message that I left.
So Tuesday morning I find 2 places that do side window work and kv auto is very close to my home. I call them and they put me on hold for 30 seconds to order the part. Then scheduled Wednesday noon to do the work.

This is the 2nd time that I've had KV Auto Glass fix my vehicle's glass for me and once again, Kevin was prompt, he gave me his honest opinion, and performed quality work. Not only that, he noticed that my wife's windshield wipers weren't right so he adjusted them. My truck has a little chip in its windshield. When it finally cracks, I will have Kevin come out a 3rd time. Just honest, great quality work.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! On what I thought would be a terrible holiday because of my broken glass. I was lucky that Ken from KV auto glass was open on XMAS EVE. He had the original manufacture glass window for my vehicle in stock. I drove to his shop and he was there working hard on finishing another customers vehicle. We spoke about the crime rate rise in the Bay Area and life. He's a really cool, down to earth guy. He had my window up and running within the hour! I could not say how appreciative I am of him for making my holidays that much better by getting my life back on track by repairing

This is a late review but Kenny repaired my rear door windows after my car was broken into. I found him on Google/Yelp and after checking the reviews I decided to go with KV Auto Glass. I messaged him and he was very quick to respond and provided me a quote quickly. I wanted to go with new OEM windows but he told me that there would be a delay as they were back ordered when he checked with the dealer. Ken is the best! I scheduled to get my broken front window fixed at his shop, but I got held up somewhere else. He was patient throughout the process, coming to my location that was not easy to find. Once there, he replaced the window cleanly and vacuumed up all the shards he could see in less than 30 minutes!

I've been needing to fix my girlfriend's windshield for a while, she had a large crack going horizontal across the front. They were very quick with responses and They even called me the day before my appointment to see if they could do it earlier. That was fine by me, so they came to my house and replaced the windshield. There was two of them so it went super quick, I don't even think they were here for more than 45 minutes.
They were fast and friendly, I would definitely call them again if I need any other window help.

Seriously one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Kevin came out to fix my uncles smashed back window on his brand new Highlander, and while he was here helped me brainstorm fixing my truck Automator as the rod had broken. Kevin found the part I needed online and demoed how to install it myself. Great! However when I finally got the $40 part I couldn't get it to work, again Kevin walked me through it over the phone and tada! Fixed. Dealership quoted me $1400 for this repair. Kevin just did it ;)

Ken was great with ordering the windshield and also driving to my house to install the windshield. I had so many Body Repair shops that didn't want to take the job because of AAA and how they have issues with the labor rate in which Safelite sets forth; BMW of San Francisco wanted $3500. Autonation Stevens Creek (Juan) didn't seem thrilled when AAA (Safelite) requesting for lower labor rate after the initial quote was sent to them, I was on the phone with the AAA rep and she was saying that they can re-negotiate the rate again while I was in his office and he said he would email me never

Other vendors told me 3-5 weeks lead time for the glass.
Kenny told me 2-3 days as long as I didn't mind used glass. No problem at all. Glass was in good shape. Made a quick appointment and he was done in 45 minutes.

The circumstances in which I was forced to have my passenger's side window replaced is unfortunate. Woke up the other day to find my Honda had been burglarized the night before. Therefore, here I am at KV auto glass, forced to spend money to replace my window. Funds I could have used toward something else. "Thank you, thieves!" The worst part is all they did was ransack my car since there was nothing there worth stealing. "Really... thank you ."
What was fortunate about the whole situation is that Ken (whom I spoke with at KV) was able to get me an appt that same day

I can't believe the great customer service I received. Someone broke into my car while I was at work. I called Toyta and got a quote for double the price :-/ and it will take 2 days to be ordered and installed.
My co worker recommended KV AUTO glass for me. I was amazed with the quick response, he offered to come and fix it at no additional cost. I was so surprised. He not only fixed my window, but also cleaned my car from all the broken window with all the shattered glass. Thank you so much.
