I had very good experience with the staff. When they came out to see the service I wanted very respectful, smart and tentative tomy needs and wants. When was time for the install worked around my schedule. When they came to install staff was clean, neat and very communitive to me. I will definitly recommend Total Security toothers.

The team at total security did an excellent job of replacing my old cameras as well as adding new ones. They expertly handled the positioning of cameras where it was difficult to run cabling. The system is much more powerful and user friendly than my old one and the picture is perfectly clear. I highly recommend them for your security surveillance needs.

Note: we're in NJ and worked with sales from the Bergenfield office but our installers ended up coming from the NY office so I dealt with both offices. All good!
Total Security was the 4th company we talked to, for a quote on adding cameras to an existing system at a commercial building. They were the best by far - the others recommended entire new systems but Total Security could just upgrade the box, keep the existing cameras add 3 more ~ all for less than the competitors trying to charge more for entire new systems. The new box increased the image quality of the existing cameras so it

Our experience with Total Security began with owner Matt when he responded to my online inquiry for information in less than a minute. His salesman Gus came out the next day right on time and made us feel comfortable and confident in Total Security.
A few days later the system was installed by Wilbert who was very respectful and professional. We were particularly impressed that Wilbert took his shoes off each time he entered the house even though we told him it wasn’t necessary.

I had Total Security come to my home to install a few cameras and they did such a great job. Once they arrived they informed me what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. The workers took 2 days and were very meticulous with the installation. Some companies they rush to do the job but Total Security took their time and made sure everything was in good order. Thank you Alex and Kenny for wonderful job.

I called this place based off the google reviews that I saw. I called once and they took my information down and said someone would call me the next day to setup a visit to check my house. I let a few days go by and I called the following week. They again took my information down and it's been over a week now and still haven't heard from anyone. Just based off this interactions I will def not do business with them. The best part is I already have a camera system and just wanted to upgrade, would have been an easy job for them.

Total Security installed cameras throughout the perimeter of my house. I am extremely happy with the quality of service as well as the quality of the cameras. Ivan, the main technician was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. I had to call tech support twice for a tutorial and that department was very quick and efficient on guiding me. Jane in the office is super friendly and accommodating. I'm very happy with my decision to go with Total Security.
