I am a big believer in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I love what I do and I put this love in assisting my patients to manage their own health by educating and empowering them to make positive changes in their lives. Inesa Zelepuhin graduated from Gomel State Medical University, the Republic of Belarus in 1997.
What is a treatment like? Treatments are given in a professional and relaxing atmosphere. Most patients would say their treatments are both physically and mentally calming. Relaxing on a massage table, the thin acupuncture needles are inserted. You then have the comfort of a mineral heat lamp placed over you (relaxing and therapeutic) as the needles help regulate the changes and imbalances in your body.
Cosmetic acupuncture is a wonderful timeless beauty technique used by the Chinese since Sung Dynasty (960-1279AD). Cosmetic acupuncture was performed on the Empress. Today, it is an effective natural and non-surgical yet painless way to lessen the appearance of fine lines as well as deeper wrinkles.
While acupuncture has been in use for thousands of years, the use of electro-acupuncture is a fairly recent addition to the tools of an acupuncturist. Electro-acupuncture can produce wonderful results when it comes to certain conditions.
At the Cincinnati Acupuncture Clinic we use electrostimulation, also referred to as e-stim, to support many things: timely labor in late pregnancy, induce ovulation in anovulatory patients, treat back and neck pain and other various chronic pain issues, neurological diseases, spasm and paralysis.Strong stimulation is often used in cases of paralysis and neuralgia (although some advocate weak stimulation for neuralgias).

For most of our patients, one or two treatments will not be enough to "cure" them. Even after the initial back pain or digestive issue is cleared up, many patients choose to continue on for maintenance care simply because they love how they feel when getting regular acupuncture treatments. They sleep better, are less stressed out, and overall more balanced.

Dr. Inesa is the best; professional, caring, excellent listener and very knowledgeable not only of acupuncture but many aspects of medicine and treatments.

I Love coming to Cincinnati Acupuncture. Dr. Inesa Zelepuhin is a great acupuncturist. I came in to treat one issue and acupuncture helped me with a few other things going on. She is so knowledgeable about alternative herbal treatments. I wish I could come more often - it is so relaxing.

Inesa at Cincinnati Accupuncture Clinic is simply the best! Well deserving of a five-star rating or above. I have been a patient for several years. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, professional and accommodating. Her office is convenient, well equipped, organized, comfortable, clean and relaxing. She has successfully treated my residual nerve pain from shingles, as well as other aches and pains with acupuncture. I have recommended her to my wife, family members and friends. I couldn't recommend Inesa and the Cincinnati Acupuncture Clinic enough! I came to Inesa because of my cystic acne. I was so stressed, overwhelmed and embarrassed that I had acne in my 20's. Inesa gave me cosmetic acupuncture weekly and my skin transformed. Not only is she amazing at what she does, she genuinely cares about her patients and gave me amazing recommendations on lifestyle tweaks that also helped improve my acne.

I have a condition that is effectively treated by acupuncture. I have seen three different acupuncturists since I started getting treatment. Inesa has been the most knowledgeable of the art and science and has used a form of treatment that has been the most effective. I really like working with her. She is personable and really cares about what she does as much as the people she treats. If you are looking for an acupuncturist in the Cincinnati area, she is the best.
