Before we listed our home 2 years ago, we hired Fresh Look. We were a little concerned about putting the mulch down before the pressure washing (and planting new plants), but Fresh Look was meticulous and not a piece of mulch was out of place and the plants weren't touched either. We've hired Fresh Look for our most recent house and are getting ready to hire them again. Great attention to detail.

Don came at the appointed time and professionally took care of business! the day that i called him, he sent me via email a detailed invoice of the work he'd provide as well as instructions about removing things away from the home (including potted plants!) pre-visit. i couldn't believe how dirty my concrete actually was -- it looks great, i'm pleased, and will call Don the next time i need a power wash! thanks, Don!

I was so impressed by the service by Fresh Look. My concrete driveway was so badly stained and I could not believe how great it looked after they pressure washed it. They even did a few other things while on site that made the house look spectacular. They were on time and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend them to all my neighbors and will use them again!

The service was excellent. They provided me with an invoice a few days before the date of service that explained what they were going to pressure wash and what I needed to do to prepare for the service (i.e. moving items away from the house). The service provider was punctual and very professional. I walked him around the house for a quick survey, and then let him take care of business. I asked him to lock up the gate to the backyard when finished, and he did.
The quality of work was great, fully meeting my expectations. I would gladly use and recommend them in the future.

Have been doing my own pressure washing for a few years. I decided to try a professional service and was glad I did. The results were much better than when I try to do it. Very well trained staff and took the time to get every area and careful of plants/decor. I will use Fresh Look again as I plan to get on a routine schedule. Easy to schedule and good email communication.

Being new to the South, we were unfamiliar with the need to have our house washed to remove dirt and mildew. We did some investigating on the internet and decided to call FreshLook Pressure Washing. We were totally pleased from beginning to end. We called up and within a half hour received a quote to do our home. When the day came, the technician arrived on time. He was very pleasant and did a great job. Our home looks brand new! We were even surprised by how good the windows looked. I was incredibly impressed by the service I got from Fresh Look. The owner was incredibly knowledgable and knew exactly what would be needed to get some pretty serious rust stains out of my concrete driveway. I had a BBQ grill leak that dumped a whole bunch of rust and grease on to my driveway, and Fresh Look was able to get it up for a very reasonable price. Not only that, but I called them in the morning and they were out the same day. Very pleasant to do business with, and very friendly. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs any type of pressure washing or rust removal.
