In many ways, Complete Contracting, Inc. was always in the works for owner, Chuck Wiseman. Growing up in a family well-known in the home building industry in Sioux Falls and Madison, SD, he knew his future would revolve around building one way or another. In 2000, after a career at Fullerton's Lumber in Mitchell, as well as 11 years in the cabinetry business, Chuck finally decided to pursue a business in home building.
He designed and built his first spec house that year, and the rest is history. Chuck and his employees pride themselves on positive client-builder relationships. For Complete Contracting, every project is an honor, and nothing is taken for granted.

Focusing on each step while keeping an eye on the big picture will make things run smoother. Generally we find that you can break down the home building experience into 4 basic steps. The buyer brings their ideas to the table, or the buyer and builder develop preliminary ideas together.

Great Experience! Made things easy! Building a home was a new challenge for my wife and I and Chuck & Megan were incredible about explaining everything and taking the fear out of building. They helped us make decisions on design, functionality and alot of times just simple things that make our new home much more functional.
