Are you looking to sell your home on your own, but want the benefits of having your home in MLS? Flat Fee/Entry Only MLS listings allow for sale by owners (FSBO) to list their own home in the MLS system without paying a traditional real estate brokerage full commission.
At Bluefin Properties, we believe that selling your home as a FSBO and listing a property on MLS (Multiple Listing Service) as an entry only for a flat fee is a great way to sell real estate for many sellers.Traditionally, a seller's agent will list a property on MLS for a commission of 5%. Upon the closing of a sale, the seller's agent will split the commission with the buyer's agent, so each receives around 2.5% of the total sale.
