Cannot say enough good about this company. After being given the run around by the company who installed my windows, I contacted Doc's Glass. They sent someone out the very next day for a free consult. Both men were respectful and knowledgeable and wore masks. When the glass came in they installed it the day after I called. The receptionist is helpful and respectful as well. No fuss, no frustration with this company. Will use again should the need arise. Thanks, Doc's Glass!!

Terrible experience with these guys. Called to set up an appointment to look at replacing some glass in 4 windows. The person that answered the phone told me about three times that it would be three weeks before anyone could come look at my windows. I told him twice that was fine. After I said that he again told me it would be three weeks. I then said it seems like you don't want my business. He then hung up. Awful service. They were referred to me and I will let the person know who referred them that they were horrible.

If you want a company that calls you back or bothers to schedule an estimate, look elsewhere. Three calls to this place, two promises to have someone contact me to schedule an estimate and not one return call. Yes its a small job but why on earth would you ever call them back on a larger one if they can't even bother to return a phone call.

Tremendous service and product, from first very polite phone call, to extremely professional visit for 100s of measurements to completely perfect installation. All that at a price that beat our local glass company by $$s. They were on time for measurements and delivery. The employees we talked to had all been with the company for over 15 years; a good sign. We have had our shower door now for 30+ days and are completely satisfied. I recommend Doc's Glass to everyone. I will use them for my next commercial project as well.
