The program is great and the people at the St Pete office are so nice and helpful all the time! Nelly is the person who usually does our weekly check, including weigh-ins and vitals check. She always greets us by name and talks with us about how our week has been going. She has a ton of energy and great tips for weight loss success. Her positive attitude is very encouraging . Who knew that stepping on a scale would be fun?!! I have had a lot of success with the weight loss program due to the support and professionalism of everyone at the St Pete office!

I highly recommend Dr Lara and his staff in the St Pete office for their 12 week weight loss program!! Any weight loss program is hard but Dr Lara’s staff is super supportive and friendly. They listened to me and helped me tremendously through my weight loss journey. I’ve lost 16 pounds in 10 weeks which is awesome and I feel more healthy than ever. Thank you Dr Lara and staff. This is the best weight loss program I have ever attempted. The wonderful caring doctor and staff will help you on your journey. I have lost over 35 lbs on the 90 day program and am on week 4 of my sculpting. Do this for yourself. Turning 60 but still feeling 40 made me want to have a healthy body.

Excellent program and services for all those serious about their health and nutrition. I was skeptical at first but ended up seeing results in the stubborn areas and it was amazing! Lost 6inches collectively!
The staff at the St. Pete office was great! Just wish I had the chance to meet and say thank you to Dr. Lara too. Also wish I had the chance to try the newer emerald as that was the technology I was originally interested in. Overall this was a lovely experience and program and would definitely recommend.
