Kristen Briggs founded fresh to fill the need of a salon & day spa that was not only client oriented, but cutting edge. Fresh opened on Main Street, Littleton, NH in 2009. We soon outgrew our tiny space and relocated to where we are today in The Tannery Marketplace, alongside the Ammonoosuc River in Littleton.
We believe that one of the most beautiful moments of a wedding is the first look, the moment the couple first sees one another at opposite ends of the aisle. Our job is the make your dream look come true for your most special of days. We understand that you want to feel absolutely beautiful, and we aim to make your styling experience both beautifying and relaxing!
Our styling team consists of 5 levels of stylists. Each level is determined by experience, education and demand on the stylist time. We assure you that all of our stylist are amazingly talented and you will have an incredible experience no matter what chair you sit in. Each result is according to individual needs.
Every man deserves to be pampered. At Fresh Salon and Day Spa you will receive a precision style and cut from our Master Barbers with the added luxury of a wash, scalp massage and warm towel as a part of you standard Barbers cut. Fresh Barbering is the best of both worlds. Let us show you the difference.
Custom Facials- $99 A relaxing facial where all products are custom picked for individual client needs. Lasting 60 minutes you'll receive a double cleanse, exfoliation, steam extraction, massage, mask and finishing creams. Microdermabrasion- $120 A physical exfoliation to address skin texture, fine lines and wrinkles.

What a beautiful space. The spa is clean and bright and comfortable. I received a superb haircut from Bailee. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and explain what she would be doing. Nothing was rushed. A wonderful shampoo with scalp massage was a great way to start the appointment. I left feeling like a million bucks.

I see Katelyn and she is fantastic! Her years of experience with color and styles makes you feel good . Katelyn is always smiling and very professional.. she treats you like you are the only one in the room.… Love my color and style.. they are very strict with Covd policy and that makes me feel safe.. I cannot rave enough about #EricaAudra she is by far the most talented stylist I have ever had in my 35 yrs. I have been searching for the perfect stylist and found it in her. I had 2 other stylist botch my… hair and not understand my vision, in just a few DM's and a consultation she not only understood what I wanted, but also did it in a beautiful way. The entire experience is luxurious and makes you feel like you are a celebrity, the salon is gorgeous, the stations sleek and stylish, the shampoo room is like a 5 star spa with it's floor to ceiling windows accented with white sheer curtains

After deciding to go gray and not wanting to have that nasty demarcation line, I called Fresh to consult with a stylist about my options. Meena provided a game plan and we dove in today! The results were just as I had hoped. Blending and toning is on point! Not drastic,but subtle changes that will make transition seamless. Thank you Meena and Bailee for making me look and feel like a natural woman... I’m grateful.❤️

Today was my first experience at Fresh. the atmosphere is lovely and the ladies that provided our service were very pleasant, but the prices are expenses and it was quite unclear where I was being upcharged. So my $55 pedicure prior to tipping turned into a $70 pedicure. When I am being upcharged at a place of business I want the message to be… CLEAR so I can decide if I want to spend the money that way. It definitely was not worth $80 which included the tip. Sadly I likely won't go back based on this experience. Hopefully the expensive polish that was a $15 upcharge isn't chipped by tomorrow
