Alex and Andrew were working as graphic & production designers spellbound by the 9-5 grind. They decided to embark on a journey to control their own destiny - providing the Capital Region with services and products that are just right. Great work and service at an affordable price. I worked with Alex who was very responsive to emails and very patient with my questions. Goldilocks created an engraving on a large piece of steel for us to use as a memorial. Their machine is the biggest in the capital district. Highly suggest using Goldilocks Promos and will be a repeat customer

Last year, I did an order of koozies and ashtrays for my band through Goldilocks and they came out better than I could have asked for. The ashtrays get talked about a lot, not many bands have them!
Everything went so smoothly I ended up having them engrave me some personalized Christmas gifts as well, which went over really well.
In my experience, lead times are short and manageable, the prices are more than competitive, and the customer service is phenomenal.

I used the Goldilocks teams for a holiday gift for corporate clients last year and while I typically find this annual task a headache, Andrew and Alex went above and beyond to get the job done. They helped me nail down the right gift for CEO and director-level clients, worked seamlessly with our in-house graphic designer and within our brand standards, then organized an EARLY delivery (in December!) to 3 offices in TN and TX along with multiple deliveries to clients all over the country.
