Mark was fantastic! He was very professional. He asked me a lot of questions and made sure I understood the process. He made design suggestions and listened to what I wanted. He came on time and even called when he was on the way to let me know his ETA. He was very neat. He covered the countertops and walls near the backsplash and covered the patio floor where he did the cutting. There was never any dust or mess. He was very personable and easy to work with. He worked me in to his schedule when I told him I had company coming and wanted the backsplash done before they came. The price was right

Exceptional Quality work!
Mark at Major Makeovers LLC did an Exceptional job on the installation of tile in our master bathroom. He spent extra time with us to provide consultation and advice regarding the install options, since our travertine had unique patterns. In addition, he provided excellent suggestions regarding our master bedroom remodel. He paid attention to every detail along the way and was very thorough.
