Mixed experience. Great response in getting quotes and pricing. Scheduling good for 10 to 12pm Sat. Was late and called at 10:30am to let me know and actually there at 12:30pm. Not bad. Techs were fast and efficient. But a bit lacking in attention to details. Didnt use the connectors that came with the Haiku fan. I had to point out a few mistakes. Whats really annoying me was they use the wrong extension rod for the fan after i told them to use the longest one which i paid $100 extra for.

They tried to install a Ring Doorbell that was unsuccessful and claimed I needed an additional part that was actually in the box from Ring. I questioned them about the "Missing" part later and they said the install went without issue but I am still without a doorbell. I will never use them in the future.
