Wonderful, supportive, enriching, encouraging, fun! Love it!
I have been a boxer since May 2016. I attend 3-5 boxing classes a week, it is a rigorous but manageable work out. Classes are a great combination of strength training, agaility and balance work and boxing. Our coaches; Josh and Sarissa are wonderful. They adapt excerises to individual ability, they challenge us but don't push us inappropriately hard.
Our gym was opened and exists for members of the Parkinson's community- no one else. It is one of the only ones in the country souls focused on US. The boxers have created a supportive

I am posting for my husband, Larry. Our daughters and I talked him into giving it a try, thinking what does he have to loose. We hoped but never dreamt he would go three days a week. He absolutely loves the workouts, the people, the trainers. It has helped him mentally and physically. We have seen a 100% change in him. We are so thankful we found them. God bless them for their dedication to this venture.

Rewarding Community for Parkinson Clients plus Caregivers
My 94-year-old mother became a "fighter" in July and has made classes a priority in her schedule to attend the three days a week her Level 3 classes are offered. I participate as a "cornerman". This is the first time in years she is working to improve vs. maintaining her life. Sarissa and Josh are phenominal trainers who quickly recognize Parkinson symptons as clients are doing their exercises and adapt as a client needs. Even in a group, it often feels like individualized instruction as they truly care about each client. It's been exciting

My wife and son encouraged me to give this a try, I'm glad they did. The trainers are wonderful, they understand the Parkinson's disease and design our workouts to address the physical challenges we all face. Family and friends have commented that they can see a definite improvement since I started the program. It's hard work but fun at the same time, I highly recommend this program for anyone suffering with Parkinson's.

This has been the most helpful thing for Paul! He has been able to participate in the boxing exercises and everything that is offered. He has had Parkinson's for at least ten years and was not able to walk much at all. After a few sessions he can do the activities without even a cane! The trainers are very well trained and knowledgeable about what Parkinson's patients can do and they gently encourage and help them until they do far more than they would have thought. We have been just amazed at the progress. We are so happy with this program and fortunate that we found it.
