Brian is the best there is! I came home from a few days away and had no water. Brian walked me through steps to get it running again over the phone which worked great. He did say if the problem happened again then he might need to take a look. He squeezed me in for an in person inspection and figured out our well pump went out. He was back the next morning to fix it, and it works great!
He is very good at describing what the problem is and making sure you understand what needs to be done and why. Highly recommend!

I was desperate for help after my water pump and ozonator failed within a few days of each other, and no one locally to provide service. Brian spent an hour on the phone with me, patiently explaining some of the steps I would need to get my water system up and running. Thanks Brian!

The owner - Brian - spent almost an hour on the phone just before Christmas explaining what I needed to do to fix a suspected bacteria problem in my well. He was busy and could not do it himself for several days - so I followed his instructions (including a couple of follow up emails) and solved the problem. My wife was very happy.

This was an example of extraordinary customer service - except I was not ever a customer - just someone trying to fix a problem. He did not charge me for his advice.

If I have any well water problems in the future I will hire Brian. Somebody please call him after
