We, an apartment complex, hired Northern Sealcoating to reseal and strip our parking lot. On the day they were supposed to begin I had cars towed that had not been moved. Then they were late. After 15 minutes I contacted them and was assured they were on their way. After an hour I contacted them and was told because of the equipment they use they had to drive slowly. After 2 hours I contacted them again and was told they were stopped by MDOT (Michigan Department of Transportation).
