Don't over tighten your headgear straps! Many patients tighten their headgear so tight that is compresses the cushion into your face, collapsing the cushion, causing the mask to leak air. The most common issue here is the headgear has lost its elasticity. Only wear the straps as tight as minimally needed.
Wash daily because natural body oils on your face can wear down the mask, which can cause a poor mask-to-face seal. Once a week, after washing the mask in soapy water, soak the mask in vinegar water (one part white vinegar and three parts warm water) for 30 minutes. Then follow steps 3 to 5. Place the nasal pillows on a clean hand towel to air-dry or use the hand towel to dry the nasal pillows.

Jared was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the setup of my new CPAP. Was able to set me up with the right mask and machine. I am now able to sleep all night without even moving a muscle. Even crazier yet is I am dreaming again at night, or at least able to remember dreaming. Waking up feeling refreshed and energized. This company saved our vacation. We are vacationing in the Black Hills area and it wasn't until we had driven more than 9 hours away from home that we realized we'd forgotten to pack a CPAP machine. Returning for it was not an option. Performance Respiratory came to the rescue. While enroute between Sioux Falls and Rapid City, I spoke on the phone with a very helpful Respiratory Therapist named Jarrod, who talked me through what I needed to have the doctor send, and in the interim he arranged the mask and nasal pillows so that the entire package was ready upon arrival. We are both sleeping well

My experience was exceptional. They have helped me with my respiratory needs and furniture. 3 years ago I bought my husband a chair for his 70th birthday. It heats. It vibrates. It reclines. It lifts into a complete "stand up "position . Is it cheap? No. Was it worth every penny? Oh yes. He uses it every single day. Ar last...a birthday gift that he truly appreciates!

The staff was very kind, helpful and courteous on the phone as well as in the store. I brought in a knee scooter needing wheel repairs, even though John did not have parts for the model I had, he looked at it. Finding the problem he directed me to a business that would have the parts. And that business had the required parts. Thanks for the extra effort!
