Called one day after no water and Chris came out and back the next day. Replaced 29 year old holding tank that was ready to burst from rust. A tank 11 years ago I was gonna call to have him replace. Also replaced pump,electric cable, water hose and outside faucet all within 24 hours of the call. Put on free firefighter red well cap. A family oriented business we have used for years and will continue to use. Thank you Chris.

From the minute I reached out to this company I found it to be responsive, professional, extremely knowledgeable and very understanding of my situation. Chris came to my home in Waterville on a Sunday morning. Super Bowl Sunday morning. I was away from the house and Chris kept me updated on his progress. When finished he called and informed me my water problem was solved. I needed new pump and wiring. Job done in less than 3 hours. I give this company the highest rating. The owner, Chris is one guy you can trust. GREAT COMPANY!!!

We called Rolfe’s Well Drilling upon finding our basement filling up with water after the water pressure tank broke apart with no way to stop it.. Yikes! We weren’t even sure what type of repair help we needed. After calling numerous plumbers, we were directed to call a well drilling service. After waiting for several hours to get a call from various other businesses, I was doubtful when the office lady at Rolfe’s said Chris was on a job but he’d give a call. My wife and I are in the process of purchasing a house and a question of the well came up. We had a short time frame to get an inspection completed and Chris didnt even hesitate on the date and time we had access to the property for.

After losing our water the night before, I called Rolfe's and Chris Rolfe called me back within minutes. He came that evening telling us that he made those without water a priority on his schedule. His experience and knowledge was evident. He was very personable and explained the whole process to us so we could understand it. My husband and I were very impressed and so appreciative of his dedication and sacrifice of a late evening to be sure we had water.
