Omni Architects was founded in 1975, named to reflect the founding partners' vision of an inclusive culture: where all stakeholders are involved in the design process; where all staff members shape the firm culture; and where all who experience our buildings benefit from their design. Our collaborative design process has resulted in award-winning buildings that respond to our clients' vision while improving outcomes for those who use them.
Services
Omni's continuous success and our high level of repeat clientele can be attributed largely to the people we hire. Our team includes a diverse range of generations, skills, strengths, and interests, but there is one common goal: creating thoughtful architecture. Our "Omnies" have been with the firm for 15 years, on average.
We are stewards of the environment. Recognizing that the building sector accounts for a large percentage of the world's carbon footprint, Omni Architects takes very seriously our responsibility to construct buildings that have the least impact on the environment - both during construction and throughout the life of the building.
After 45 years of designing projects throughout Kentucky and the surrounding region, we've taken a moment to chronicle some of the projects that represent our design perspective, and that have helped shape the firm we are today. We are grateful to have the opportunity to work with so many wonderful organizations over the years and to highlight some of their projects in this two-volume monograph.
Our greatest reward comes from having our clients let us know that their building has improved the way they learn, work, heal, live, or worship. We pride ourselves on providing distinguished architecture for clients who value innovative, research-driven, creative solutions. Whether a minor renovation or a complex large-scale new construction, we embrace each project as an opportunity to improve lives through the built environment.
