I have been with Gaines Insurance for several years now. The reps there are always super helpful and if they don't know the answer to my question, they find out and get back to me. They represent many different companies, so they can shop around and get me the best rate for my personal insurance, as opposed to going with a single insurance company like Progressive (who they offer) or Farmers. They're the best!

Gaines insurance is a great local agency who prides themselves as being small business owners. They've handled my personal insurance for years and I've never had a problem. I recently moved to the region and needed to get some car and home insurance. I found Gaines Insurance on Yelp and have extremely pleased with the results.
One morning I woke up and my car was stolen from our driveway. I immediately called Haley and she guided me on the proper process. Since my insurance card was in the car, I didn't know where else to turn. She got us all the info we needed and it was a huge relief. And fortunately we got the car back!

We used the Gaines Insurance Agency for a new commercial building we bought. They were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Have used Gaines Insurance for 9 years for my personal (auto, life and homeowners) as well as the life and health for my business' employees. I highly recommend the folks at Gaines Insurance for all insurance needs. I started working with Ted, Louise and Susan back in 2010, and they were great every step of the way. I have home, auto, rental, and umbrella insurance personally, and my business has workers comp, general liability, and medical.
