Gate Doctors has over a decade of experience. Initially, we operated as a part of Garage Doctors, and our specialty focused on overhead doors. One of our clients asked us if we would be able to assist with automated gates. That drove us to look into the service more, eventually going on to get certifications, and adding more members to the team who specialized in the service.

Austin Gate Doctors came highly recommended from a contractor and they didn't disappoint. We'd been struggling with a broken gate motor for months and in exactly one day this crew took out the old motor and installed a brand new unit. Mike (sales) and Emily (operations) were a pleasure to work with and Chris (on-site lead) knew exactly what he was doing.

Great work! Made sure everything was done to our satisfaction and made sure we knew how to operate the system and stayed until it was all perfect. They cleaned up the site and the system now is state of the art technology. Highly recommended if you need to install a new system or do an upgrade replacement. They are the pros.

I had an outstanding experience working with the team at Gate Doctors.
We moved into a new home in April. I have a "L" shaped driveway that many service trucks liked to use as a turn around on our narrow street. In order to keep our kids save in the driveway, we worked with the team to design two custom gates. We must have had 20 revisions on the designs and Mike was patient, response, and giving good ideas based on our needs.
Once we had the design finalized, the installation was great. They had an entire team out here over many days, ensuring everything was just right.

Excellent service. I called yesterday. Emily answered promptly, confirmed my issue, checked the calendar and mapped our location to determine the service could be done today at noon. Emily sent a text today to confirm David would arrive on time 10 minutes before his arrival. David called with his diagnosis and a reasonable quote, with my approval David completed the repair. I asked if David could quote getting us new remotes, he did so while we were on the phone and he had the new remotes on his rig. I received the invoice before David finished. David followed up with a job finished text. What

After Emily scheduled the appointment. David was on time and incredibly helpful. Gate Doctors was the third company I called and the only one that responded. David took the equipment I had purchased and made it work. He got with the homeowner and explained features of the new keypad. It was an overall wonderful experience. Will absolutely use them in the future.

Our entire experience with the Gate Doctors team surpassed our expectations and highly recommended them! From our consultation with Mike, to email/phone correspondence with Emily and Evan, and the on-site install team with Chris and David - we couldn’t be happier with our entire experience. Attention to detail. That's what you pay for and that's what you receive. If you are questioning whether or not to spend the money let me tell you first hand that you should do it right the first time with Evan and his team. I had a horrid encounter with some knock off yes men before I found gate doctors. Do it right first with them. It will save you money woes and angst. They perform upfront the task at hand and follow through on their guarantee of craftsmanship.

We had a great experience with Austin Gate Doctors. After several months of trying to find a company to automate our garage gate -- Mike & Chris did the job. From the initial quote, scheduling, and installation -- it was seamless. The guys did the job perfectly. It looks fantastic. They also helped program our garage door with the gate. There's no better company in Austin to handle your garage door needs. (trust us we called tons of companies initially!) Mike & Chris also followed COVID safety guidelines.

These guys were prompt, courteous, very professional and did an outstanding job. After getting quotes from a few gate installers, we saw the pitiful service and attention to detail that other companies provide. We needed a gate installed quickly because we wanted our new puppy to be able to roam the yard during the day versus being cooped up in the house all day. We needed it fast. Evan sensed the urgency and was able to squeeze us in their schedule within a couple of days. They were in and out in a day. We love the gate and the installation. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 was because I felt they could have sold me more, i.e. the extra entry fab. We had to go out and buy it elsewhere. No biggie and I'm sure Evan didn't want to pressure us into buying more stuff but it would have

Gate Doctors returned my phone calls promptly and were very efficient. Evan was extremely knowledgeable as well as pleasant to communicate with. On top of that I found this company very reasonably priced. I switched from a company that we had been using for years because they were slow to return my phone calls and kept postponing scheduled service calls. Old company thought I may have to replace whole unit, Gate Doctors found and fixed a blown fuse. A quicker and much cheaper fix.
