Services
You're not alone! Did you know that 69% of adults between the ages of 35-44 have lost one or more of their permanent teeth? Dental implants are now the generally preferred tooth replacement treatment over partial dentures and fixed bridges. Traditional treatments either rest on your gums, as with removable dentures, or rely upon adjacent teeth to serve as anchors for fixed bridges.
Traditional procedures pose risks of complications, whereas implants promote overall oral and jaw health. The presence of natural teeth or implants helps to preserve the jaw bone. An extracted or lost tooth can cause the bone to weaken or erode. Once placed, successful implants provide stability and work to maintain jaw health just as natural teeth do.
The majority of adults will lose their teeth to decay or periodontal disease and will need to find a suitable method of tooth restoration. Your doctor offers single dental implants, partial dentures, and dental bridges for the replacement of single or multiple missing teeth. Individual dental implants may be used as the ideal method for replacing multiple teeth, with a single dental implant placed at the site of each of your missing teeth.
The more extractions that are needed prior to placing the implants can increase the dental implant cost. If you have no teeth present, the implants can simply be placed, unless the teeth have been missing for an extended length of time. If there was bone degeneration, bone grafting and other procedures will be needed before placement, increasing the dental implant cost.
Implant supported dentures are snapped into place on top of dental implants. This provides a secure fit and hold, eliminating looseness or slipping without the need for paste or adhesives. Implant supported dentures are designed so that they can be removed for regular cleaning, or you can opt for fixed implant supported dentures, which function as permanent teeth.

Went to Dr. Gallez at this office. Felt shamed for my teeth. Then they messed up my billing. When I went in to address the issue, they let me know I owed them another $150. UPDATE: I sent the office a personal note and they apologized and waived the $150. Good to see they care about these reviews and will take steps to rectify.

Dr. Browning is very professional. He is honest and knowledgable, providing comfortable dental procedures (if there is such a thing). He is a good choice for you if you are comfortable with a no nonsense healthcare approach.

Two glaring Ooops!: At the new-patient visit as he entered the room, without first checking the monitor with my X-ray on it (and perhaps without checking my chart beforehand), Dr. Browning indicated I had widespread periodontal disease. Completely taken aback, I questioned him. It was at that point he looked at the monitor and then my mouth and said he had me "mixed up" with another patient. (Ooops!)
On the 3-month follow-up for the performed procedure, Dr. Browning excitedly declared the gum was looking really good and had healed beyond expectation, etc. Great news. . . except, "Uuh, Doctor,
