As first home buyers, we had so many questions and concerns. He held our hands until the very end. Overall, Michael was extremely patient from beginning to the end. He explained everything more than once so that we could understand the whole process. We met Michael through his ad on craigslist. After speaking with him on the phone I quickly realized that he was a true professional. I was selling a home and needed to lease another. We met Michael when we went to view a home for lease. He was the listing agent for the property. Unfortunately, the house didn't work for us but something good came out of it. My husband and I decided to solicit him to help us find a next home. Prior to working with Michael, we were worked with three other realtors. They were unreliable and quite pushy.
