Ideal has been nothing but polite, prompt, professional, and honest. I have had them on service retainer (2 yearly visits) since we purchased our home in 2019 after noting that they installed the HVAC systems in our home. I have had 3 or 4 different techs each time, and each one was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. David was out here for the recent check up, and you could not ask for a better guy, top notch service all around.

We have used Ideal Services since we purchased our home 10 years ago when we replaced the HVAC system during a remodel of the home. Ideal Services has been a great partner over the years making sure how AC System is running in top form. Today we had a service visit by David. He was on time, professional, detailed oriented, and explained the service and status of the HVAC system. The professionalism of the employees when live at our property or over the phone is obvious. We appreciate their efforts to support over the years keeping our systems running in top performance.

We've used IDEAL to install and maintain heat pump units our past two homes, over the course of nearly 10 years. The team is always professional and knowledgeable. Most recently, we've appreciated their persistence in attending to a recurring heat pump unit failure; the underlying issue was a major component that was under manufacturer warranty, so the manufacturer insisted upon a lengthy trial-and-error process to ensure parts weren't being replaced unnecessarily. Throughout the process, we never met a tech who wasn't awesome and our issues are now (hopefully) permanently resolved.
