I am new to the world of med spas, so I was skeptical at first... but the girls at Paradise Med Spas of Texas are a class act. Since my first visit I have come back several more times. Jenna is extremely skilled at what she does, and really goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect when you leave. Her customer service is seriously the best! If you are looking for a local Med Spa that is friendly, clean, well-managed, and puts out great results... look no further! (Seriously, I never write reviews unless a place is extraordinarily good. )

Really excellent! Was worried at first because when I initially called (during business hours) nobody answered so I left a message, but never heard back. But when I called again it was borderline like a totally different place- they answered the phone, were very pleasant and helpful, although their system was down and I could not make an appointment, they were nice and said they would contact me back when they were back online. Don't call in the morning. It says they are open at 9 but nobody starts working until after and they won't answer your calls. BUT my favorite spray tans that I've ever had and I have had a lot! Love them so much and they lady that does the tans is so nice and makes it very comfortable and easy. Love you guys! Just wish someone was there to answer phones for appt . Headed to a different tanning place now because I couldn't get anyone to answer for an appiappoint there

Absolutely love this place!! I've been going here for 3 years for everything from laser hair removal, hydrafacial as, spray tans, body contouring and injections!!! The staff is amazing and I love that i dont have to shave anymore!!! They go above and beyond to help and answer any questions i have. I love this place so much i even buy gift certificates for my family and friends!!

I will not go back to this place, and i do NOT recommend any one waste their money here. I not only received horrible treatment and customer service, but the laser hair removal was ineffective.
I purchased a years worth of laser hair removal on my underarms, so how that worked is for a years worth of time I remained on schedule to get as many appointments in as possible.

I bought a Groupon for a spray tan. I couldn’t find the place first of all, because it’s in a weird unmarked office building. When I called, the woman told me I was too late for the appointment, so they were going to charge me the full amount of the Groupon ($19) and mark it used. I had also purchased a $98 Groupon for services from them, and told them if they did that I was going to cancel all future services. She talked to a manager, called me back, and said I could go ahead and cancel everything because they weren’t going to make an exception on their policy. I understand why the policy

Groupon Experience is BAD! Earliest consultation for a new client is MONTH away! Then, first treatment for laser hair removal is anther 2 weeks out after the consultation!!! This is horrible service. They should at least give a disclaimer in the Groupon Ad that appointments are made after initial consultation and that is approximately 30 days from purchase date. They should not sell Laser services on Groupon if this is the best they can do to get a new client started. HUGE concern for future appointments if it takes 6 or more weeks just to get started.
