We were very pleased with the prompt communication responding to our service inquiry, to setting an appointment for the quote, and scheduling and completion of the installation. Excellent communication and customer service throughout the entire process! Every individual I had contact with was friendly, personable and professional. We were provided with product information and advice that helped us choose the right product for our needs. For the installation, Stephen and Kevin were on time, did a great job and provided instructions for care and maintenance when they were finished. Again—very friendly

It was a great experience, from beginning to end. Setting up the appointment was great. Customer service A+. The installer, Stephen Robert, ran early and called to ask if he can come earlier, but also stated he understood if he couldn't. He was very professional and polite. Explained everything what he was going to do. This is for a business and I wanted to make sure it looks good and it definitely exceeded my expectations !! I am sure there are places that do it cheaper, but like anything else, "You get what you pay for". I wanted something durable, good and higher end. Thank you guys very much

Kevin & Stephen did a fantastic job. They were prompt, courteous, and got the work done in the time they predicted. They were very informative and cleaned up when they were done. Highly recommend their services! Our windows look great!
The only issue was that they arrived without a ladder, which was required for the upper windows. Since they didn’t have a work truck, they couldn’t put a ladder in their small car. We were able to provide one, but it was somewhat of a hassle.

Stephen and Kevin were very professional during the install. They were very careful to keep their equipment on drop cloths and left no trace of trash when the job was done. The tint looks amazing and I've already noticed a difference in heat reduction and glare from the sun. Joe worked with my schedule and stayed within my budget. 100% recommended.

We just moved to a new house, and decided not to put window coverings in our living room, because we enjoyed our view and windows. But, we quickly realized the bright morning sun would fade our new furniture within the year!
So, I searched the web for solutions and found this company’s website. Joe came out for a consultation and he was wonderful— very informative and easy to talk to.
