Green Jade Chinese Restaurant

We ended up with twice the food we ordered and twice the bill. The person on the phone was very hard to understand and obviously they didn't understand me either. We usually have good service here. Disappointed this time

Today was my first time trying this place. This is the worst tasting Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. Everything tastes burnt and as if the same oil was used over and over. The shrimp tasted raw and the food under seasoned. A complete waste of 60.00. I’m going back to Great Wall in the future.

Great food! It could use some serious cleaning, though. Lobby area looks uninviting. But I've never had a bad meal.

Was having a procedure done at the VA. Was told that I'd be out in five minutes, so I had my girlfriend order. Said it would take 25 minutes. Long story short, there ended up being complications and I had her call to cancel or move the order less than ten minutes later. She tried to let them know of the situation, but the man on the phone essentially told her that it's not his fault and the only thing they could do is put the food under a lamp. He was rude, cutting her off several times.
Don't get me wrong, I understand part of it was on us, but their response to a medical issue was, "Don't care

Personally I wasn't really impressed with the orange beef meal. Too much taste of orange which overpowered the other ingredients. Maybe next trip I'll try something different and have a 5 star review. Employees gave us great service. I'd drive the 46 miles again just to say hi.

Great variety, fixed fresh, friendly peeps. Bought 5 entrees and 2 appetizers.Tried everything. Delicious one and all! Great hidden gem.
